Refund and Returns Policy

Items are returnable for any reason within 30 days of receipt of shipment. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for refund to appear on your account.

If the item is damaged or defective, Bimpo will help you solve the problem, or provide a free return or replacement.

2 Year Limited Warranty

Your Bimpo Chair is warrantied to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years for the original consumer purchaser.

Bimpo Chair is built to exacting standards and carefully tested prior to shipment. This Limited Warranty is an expression of our confidence in the materials and workmanship and our assurance to the consumer of years of dependable service.

This warranty does not cover device failure due to owner misuse or negligence, or normal wear and tear. The warranty does not extend to non-durable components, such as wheels & casters, which are subject to normal wear and need periodic replacement. This warranty does not extend to normal battery wear up to 25% reduction from new capacity.
